Service Delivery

The lecturers and students from Human render the following services at our accredited training hospitals, NPOs and ECD centres upon request:

  • Staff training according to the needs of the food service unit.
  • Conduct food wastage studies as requested by the food service unit.
  • Conduct meal follow-ups to provide the food service unit with information that can be utilised to improve the quality of the meals served
  • Final year students consult patients on a daily basis to determine nutrition status, plan their nutritional requirements and education patients on relevant dietary matters.
